I loved when she told him 'You're cute... but this small, I usually throw them back.'
And while I do absolutely adore Bart as Impulse, I did kinda like how they had him grow and mature while still keeping a good part of his core personality.
I love your work, all of it. Remember: ego boosts are never a bad thing, and they convince you to draw more impulse. I really like your flat, honest style, which works well with the kid. It can be really beautiful for sentimental pieces or flat and rough for pieces in the moment. As I said, great.
